Click the "Customize Design" button on the product page to enter the customization page. Upload your design and create your personalized clogs with ease!

What image size should I upload for custom clogs?

We recommend uploading a 6496×5433 (300ppi) high-resolution image to ensure the best print quality.

How do I check my order status?

Please log in to your Account to check the status of your order.

Can I change my order?

Please always double-check that you've placed your order correctly: sizes, colors, quantities, and especially the address. Due to our short processing time, we can’t ensure that changing your order will be possible.

How long can I modify my order?

As we would like to produce, print and process your order as soon as possible, we can only accept requests about changes 24 hours after you have placed your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we will only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours after placing your order with us. Contact us as soon as possible by support@kustmz.com.

Always be sure to double-check your information before placing an order.

How do I use a discount code?

You can apply the discount code when checking out. Just enter the code in the Discount field.

Can I add a discount code in after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to override the system. Please make sure to apply the discount before checkout.

Why did I not get a confirmation email for my order?

There are three reasons why you may not have received a confirmation email. Some of the most common reasons are:

1. The order didn't go through
2. The email address was entered incorrectly during checkout
3. The confirmation email was sent to your spam or junk folder

If you are sure that the order was processed successfully with the correct email address and you have already checked your spam or junk folder in your email account, please contact us by support@kustmz.com with your name and address so us can locate your order and resend your confirmation email.

Shipping Carrier Timelines

At checkout, you will notice estimated delivery timelines for shipping carrier. Hype999 does not guarantee orders will be delivered by the carriers estimated arrival date. There may be some circumstances when orders are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. Please reach out to support@kustmz.com if you believe your order may be lost in transit.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, there are some countries that have a high risk of orders not arriving due to the postal systems and customs department.

Some of those countries are Nigeria, Philippines, South Africa, UAE, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia, Algeria, Portugal, Austria, Mexico, Sudan, Brazil, and Uganda.

How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

When will my order be shipped?

All our products are custom made to order. Once your order is placed we start production within 24 hours.

Every item is individually printed, cut, pressed, and sewn according to your size and takes approximately 4-6 business days before shipment.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

There are three reasons why you may not have received a shipping confirmation email:

1. Your order has not been shipped yet
2. You may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order
3. The shipping confirmation email may have gone to your spam or junk folder

If it's been over 5 business days and you are sure that you entered the correct email address when placing your order and that the email is not in your spam or junk folder, please visit your account profile to check the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email after your order has shipped where you can find your tracking number and track your order. If you did not receive this email, please check your trash first, and if the trash is still missing, please contact us by support@kustmz.com for information.

Can I update shipping info after my order has been shipped?

Once an order has been set for shipment, the shipping option/info cannot be changed, and the order cannot be stopped or pulled from shipment.

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item does not arrive within 45 days of ordering, please contact us by support@kustmz.com and we will do our best to assist you!

Returns

I received an item that's the wrong size. What do I do?

If an item is too small or too big, please contact us by support@kustmz.com.

We'll try to resolve your problem. For the best fit, be sure to check out our sizing chart the next time you order.

I received a defective item. What do I do?

Please take a picture of the package your item came in (the quantity, weight, and address should be visible) and the item itself.

Send the picture to us by support@kustmz.com, along with a brief description of the problem. This way, we can see the damage clearly and offer you the best solution.

An item is missing from my order. What do I do?

Please take a picture of the package your item came in (the quantity, weight, and address should be visible) and the item itself.
