Return & Refund

Thank you for choosing our products! To ensure your rights, please read the following return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Products

  • Custom products (including but not limited to personalized designs, exclusive prints, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a quality issue.
  • Please confirm all customization details before placing an order to ensure the product meets your expectations.
  • If there is a quality issue with a custom product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide clear photos or videos. We will offer a solution based on the situation.

2. Non-Custom Products

  • Return Requests:
    • Non-custom products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
      • The item remains brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.
      • A return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods, and the item must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a quality issue.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • If the product has a non-human-caused quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund.

3. Special Cases

  • The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
    • Custom products requested for return due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size selection).
    • Order cancellations due to shipping delays or force majeure.
