1. Custom Products
- Custom products (including but not limited to personalized designs, exclusive prints, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a quality issue.
- Please confirm all customization details before placing an order to ensure the product meets your expectations.
- If there is a quality issue with a custom product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide clear photos or videos. We will offer a solution based on the situation.
2. Non-Custom Products

Non-custom products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- The item remains brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods, and the item must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a quality issue.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- If the product has a non-human-caused quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund.
